Ferro chrome advantage

Ferro chrome is mainly used as an alloy additive in steelmaking and used to be added in the late refining stage of steelmaking. Smelting low carbon steel such as stainless steel requires the use of low and micro carbon ferro chrome, so the refined ferro chrome production was once deeply developed on a large scale. Due to the improvement of the steelmaking process, when AOD method is used to produce stainless steel and other steel grades, carbon ferro chrome is loaded into the furnace, so only low and micro-carbon ferro chrome is added in the later period to adjust the composition, so the important thing in ferro chrome production is to refine carbon ferro chrome.
